Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is great and foolproof. Like other reviewers, I mashed the bananas. Having had other banana bread disasters, this one was simple and delicious!

Pork Chops to Live For
This was great! I just changed a few things: instead of pork chops I used hamburger and instead of mushroom soup I...LOL, kidding, don't you hate it when reviewers do that? I took the advice of leaving out the egg and served it over steamed white rice. Perfect!

Creole Chicken II
Very good! Made exact except for the raisans which I didn't have...oh, and I burned the brown sugar even though you warned me! ..that's OK, was still good. Served it over egg noodles. For those who like the heat, kick it up, you know how!
