I am half Mexican and half Italian, need I say more? I love all varieties of food. I have an obsession with cookbooks, but I never follow the recipes I always tend to put my own twist to them. I have no favorites, I love main dishes, desserts, snacks, you name it! Being a half breed, we a had mixed table, example for Thanksgiving we would have Turkey ,Ham, Raviolis and tamales all on the table. Triumphs??? I take pride on how my honey responds to his meals, and on the jealousy of his co-workers when they see his lunches I pack for him. The very first cake I made I baked in one 8inch round cake pan. The word VOLCANO comes to mind there was cake batter everywhere. I also learned quickly, that you can not boil eggs in the microwave!!!!!!!
