I am a Stay at home mom. I have three wonderful boys and all the energy I have goes into them. Everything! I enjoy tryng new things and having my family be taste testers. I love making and decorating cakes, I also enjoy making anything Italian, it brings me and my husband back to our roots. I always make my sons Birthday cakes to go along with the theme of their party. Also every Christmas my Mother and I make cookies and other little goodies. peacan pie......its a must have at Thanksgiving my Mother always made it, and one year I tried and it was perfect....not as good as moms but everyone ate it and loved it. I also made a two layer Spongebob cake it took me three hours to decorate it it was huge..but my son and his friends loved it!
