These are definitely one of the best cookies I've had. I've made them twice now. The only thing I did differently was use blackstrap molasses instead of regular, because that was all I had. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as is. I found the dough only slightly stickier than other cookie dough recipes where you're rolling them in your hands. I didn't refrigerate the dough before-hand and it was still fine...you just have to be a little more gentle when you're rolling them. I've always loved the Archway brand molasses cookies, because they were so soft, and have been trying to find a similar recipe for a couple of years now. I've found it, although these are way better! I'm definitely adding this to my favorites, and I will definitely be making lots of these in the next couple of months...it's already a family favorite!
