I love food and love cooking for company. I try to make things that my guests will not have tried before and everybody who visits my house for dinner is a guini pig as I often have never tried the recipe before. Other than cooking my greatest love is golfing. I love cooking new things and especially love making up a menu that demands a combination of flavors that compliment each other.
