London Broil
Best london broil Ive had.Threw a bottle of chili sauce on top of all this goodness.Overnight marinade time the best results.Thanks

North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork
For those of you that complain about the sauce I suggest that you just use it for dipping.Dont add it to the meat.It's a great recipe-the sauce is to die for!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
wasnt bad but with the slow cook time I used I should have rubbed the meat and cranked up my Big Green Egg and threw in a couple of handfuls of hickory chips = a much more flavorful meat.Love sweet baby rays sauce for a red ,but try a western North Carolina vinegar based sauce found on this site from Doug.
