Love, love, love this. Only 4 stars because I altered it. 1 C. coco powder, butter instead of oil and 1 T. instant coffee. So YUM!

Italian Sausage Soup

you can't mess this up. i add whatever canned beans i have. try adding pasta too. just boil pasta seperately and add to soup. that way it won't absorb the yummy broth. my hubby and kids love this.

White Mountain Cake

Just ok. My husband said it tasted like a huge pancake. I agree with other viewers, it had a corn bread flavor and consistency. Maybe I need a better grade of flour.?? I used a homemade cream cheese frosting on it which really saved the cake. But I could probably eat a shoe if it had cream cheese frosting on it.

YUM!! A carb lovers dream. I tried rolling and using a pastry bag. Go with the pastry bag. A little brown butter, garlic and parmesan.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Yeah, great recipe. Soooo easy and they were BEAUTIFUL! I used the convection and baked for 18 min. Loved the streusel too!
