I am a college student and cooking consist of what I can find in my cupboard. I cook for myself and sometimes for my boyfriend so I am always looking for a good recipe so that we don't feel as far away from home as we really are. While pasta is quick and easy, I am a big fan of chicken. I love baking cookies and like a nice fresh salad. Every year for Christmas we have a family Bake Off where we cook some Italian Recipes past down from generation to generation. We also bake some mint brownies, gingerbread and all the holiday goodies! Anything desert I make is usually pretty good. A couple years ago I made a cheesecake for my dads birthday and it turned out to be a bog hit along with the spinach dip. Some how every once in a while I end up over cooking food because I am pretty bad at multitasking in the kitchen!
