Black Bean Chili
This chili was excellent!!! I added 1 extra can of beans and served it with a dollop of sour cream on top.

Easy Red Pepper Hummus
This recipe is awesome! I also substituted cumin and added about a 1/2 teaspoon of minced green onion. It was great before and after the onion, I just like onion. Delicious and healthy snack!
