Shrimp Scampi V
Great recipe, with a few changes. I omit the parmesan, and put in a little less wine (maybe 1/2 - 3/4 cu). I also add paprika for some spiciness and green onions when cooking the shrimp and garlic. I serve it all over fettucine noodles.
