FANTASTIC!!! This was so good. I am a fan of a heavier sauce, but my hubby loves light evoo sauces. This was perfect. he loved the flavors, and I did as well. Although I always add WAY more garlic then they say to.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This is a very rich and creamy meal. I had fun preparing it. Mind you common sense and science would make one think that the dough balls that you form expand...although when I made it they puffed up WAY more then I was anticipating:) Heads up for future dumpling makers..

Hot Apple Cider

I make this all winter long. My husband enjoys it as a substitute for his usual cup of Jo in the morning. It makes the house smell wonderful! Super quick and easy to prepare:)

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

these were okay...maybe since I eat meat I wasn't to impressed with the flavor. Almost was like eating baby food in a burrito...But I say give it a wurl you may like how it turns out.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

This was a delish soup. I served mine in bread bowls. My guests loved it. Although I would do something a little different with the broth. Maybe add a titch of half N half. Just seemed to be missing something rich and thick about it. Careful not to over cook your potatoes:)

Taco Pies

This is a time saver and fun dish to prepare! I enjoyed it greatly and so did all my friends that were at my house for dinner. The one thing that would do different the next time is make sure to get a bean that is pretty pureed and not so beany. (chunky that is) makes it easy to spread. I did do what the one cook suggested of cooking the pies for the full time that is suggested on the package and that makes a huge difference. Makes the first layer easy.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was a fantastic recipe. I followed the directions to the "T" and all four turned out wonderful. I brought a loaf to my good friends house to share and they both LOVED it. Asked for the recipe right away. The only thing that I would do to put a lil pop in there is add chocolate chips! This is something my mother did growing up, love it! FYI fluff chocolate chips in the flour before you add it to the rest of the mixture..this prevents then from sinking to the bottom of the pan:) happy baking:)

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Pretty good. My husband is not a fan of crock pot dinners. Yet this is one that he asked for seconds on. Try it out on your loved ones that may not usually enjoy a pot dinner.

Carol's Arroz Con Pollo

I loved this recipe! It was super quick and easy to put together. It also makes excellent leftovers. It showed it on it's on to server, but I had tortillas on hand so I went ahead and served it with that. My Husband does construction so having a little more carb for him is ideal:) Hope u enjoy it as much as we did.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

My husband LOVED this bread. I was leaving town for two weeeks and my husband requested that I make three pans of it before I left. And since I have been home still asks for it on a regular bases. It is DELISH!
