Stovetop Granola
Very tasty stuff. I followed other review suggestions. My only complaint is that the granola all sticks together when cool, so the nuts and cranberries just sink to the bottom. Next time, I will definitely follow the suggestion of stirring the remaining ingredients in before spreading it out to cool.

Rosemary Chicken Couscous Salad
Very tasty stuff, quite full of flavor. It makes a lot more than I expected, so it definitely needs to be cut in half if you aren't preparing for a whole family or party. It's also a lot of prep for a salad, but it makes a great summer main dish. I followed suggestions for cutting down the oil, added garlic, yellow pepper, and purple onion. I also used a veggie stock instead of chicken so that vegetarians could pick the chicken out. The fresh rosemary is interesting--definitely needs to be chopped up a bit, since it has a tough texture that reminds me of pine needles.

Grilled Apple and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
Swiss and granny smith just happened to be what I had leftover in the fridge and needed to get rid of, so this was perfect. I'm not normally a huge Swiss cheese fan, but this was a surprisingly yummy combo. I normally dip my grilled cheese in ketchup, but instead I used a creamy dill dip, and it was the perfect meal.
