Pudda Bear the Cook
About this Cook
Hey Ya'll guys, I am a 25 year old male in brooklyn who recently just got married, and i love to cook, I know that I am still a little young but believe me I am a pretty damn good cook. I must admit that my wife is a tad better than I am... Don't tell her I said that! Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook southern foods and italian mostly, but I will try anything if it interests me.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Like I said I just recently got married and my wife and her family are from Houston, Texas. But they have a tradition that I have grown to love since I met them. It is frying a turkey and never in a million years have i thought I'd be eating it or even liking it... But it is one of the most tasiest things I have ever eaten. If you haven't tried it yet please do it is wonderful.
My cooking triumphs
I have accomplished cooking christmas dinner all by myself... It was one of my greatest triumphs thus far.
My cooking tragedies
I baked a roastr and damn near set my kitchen on fire... But don't be afraid I was a beginner. Now I can cook a pork roast with my eyes blind folded.
