Herb Roasted Pork
I doubled the rub recipe and it was just right for a 2 1/2 lb loin roast. I tripled the recipe for the sauce and it was way too much. But I think doubling the sauce would be good. I did some stir fry frozen veggies and added a little sauce and water and steamed them. And I put a tiny bit of sauce into some white rice and still had a ton left over after we finished the meat. The meat was tender. The sauce is a bit sweet, too sweet. I didn't taste the sage rubas much as I hoped I would. It was the sweet sauce that was the strongest.
