French Spring Soup
Top notch, just as it is. My husband (2nd time around) used to be married to a gourmet cook, so he's used to terrific dishes. I hate cooking, but I can read and follow a recipe. :) We both loved this soup. A LOT!

Herb Roasted Pork
I doubled the rub recipe and it was just right for a 2 1/2 lb loin roast. I tripled the recipe for the sauce and it was way too much. But I think doubling the sauce would be good. I did some stir fry frozen veggies and added a little sauce and water and steamed them. And I put a tiny bit of sauce into some white rice and still had a ton left over after we finished the meat. The meat was tender. The sauce is a bit sweet, too sweet. I didn't taste the sage rubas much as I hoped I would. It was the sweet sauce that was the strongest.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Boy was "I" disappointed after reading the reviews. I made them per recipe and thought they were horrible. My husband who is very kind, didn't even finish one biscuit. Will NOT EVER make these again.
