Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
Really good and moist. It took longer to cook than stated. I also drained it a couple of times during baking so it wouldn't cook over. Will make again! Thanks!!

Scrumptious Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
We really loved this! I used a circular dish instead. I poured the soup all over the chicken and then topped it with grated cheddar cheese, then the stuffing. As others reviewed I used about half a can of chicken broth and the melted butter. Then covered with foil for the first half of the baking. It was crunchy on top and sooo moist. I served it over egg noodles. Thanks for this it's a keeper!!

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
I made this last night and it was awesome!!! I used thinly sliced Montreal smoked meat and cheddar cheese..that's what I had...tons of both. It was decadent...a little cheese did melt out but I spooned it over as a sauce. I made sure my "loaf" fit tightly in the pan. I also drained of the fat a couple of times as it was baking. I covered it for the first hour as suggested. I also used onion salt instead of chopped onion as my son won't eat anything if he even sees one onion. I will be making this again!!!Thanks for a great new twist on meatloaf!

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
This was really good, although I used Ritz crackers. My husband likes anything crispy and it was! I fried the chops then let them sit on paper towel before transferring to baking sheet. I also fried them in advance and them put them in the over a couple of hours later (needed the oven space) and they were still delicious!! Thanks! 4.5

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This was really yummy and simple to prepare. I had 4 bananas so I used them up. It did take longer than an hour to bake for me. Other than that I followed it exactly....would be awesome with nuts, but my son hates them :(...I give it 4 1/2 stars!

Herb-Stuffed Red Peppers

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
It was great. We have been craving stuffed peppers. I had no all-spice so I added some minced garlic and a pinch of cumin for some zip. We covered them with grated cheddar cheese and a spinkle of parmasean because you can never have enough cheese!
