Stay at home mom. I love to cook, try anything new. I really love this site. Have gotten so many great tips and recipes. I have 5 dogs as well. A neighbor that is a German Chef so I consider myself lucky! Lately German food. But I am a casseroleand crock pot junkie. I love anything that can be prepared in advance. Always a die hard Italian food lover...anything with lots of butter! Hmmm...have to think about that.. My mother is an excellent cook. She is more meat and potaotes than me though. Rouladen my baking isn't the best...hate measuring
