I live in Virginia. I love baking, cooking, and traveling. I like funny things and funny people. I love cold winter days and rainy summer nights. I'm also pretty good at scrabble. : ) Cakes. I like taking a recipe and trying to incorporate healthy ingredients. I like that we have a cookout for almost every holiday in existence. I've had the same Christmas breakfast for the past 10 years and see no change in the near future. Home made spinach pasta. It literally took all day to make, but with an incredible finish. I've also come up with a ginger snap cookie that is requested at every holiday. Cake balls. They tasted good, sure. But their presentation was awful. I think in general I fail at dipping things into chocolate.
