Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Great recipe! Mine cracked despite keeping it in the closed oven for hours...I wonder if it is because I have a new oven and the oven itself cools very quickly. Anyhow, the recipe is good, but needs fruit or chocolate as it's flavor is very plain. Perhaps more vanilla if you like the traditional plain cheesecakes.

Giant Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Good cookie, but too much chocolate and not enough cookie. If I had added fewer semi sweet chocolate chips and a cup of nuts they would have been perfect. I will make them again with the modifications and see how that comes out.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins
Very good! I used large white sugar crystals on top instead of regular granulated sugar. This gave the muffins a slight sweet crunch on the top. (Similar to struesel) My kids love them and I found them very easy to make.
