Dito...this is a great recipe. I used a new college hill broth (Wine and herb) and it turned out great. It is expensive to make but well worth it!

Pan Seared Scallops with Pepper and Onions in Anchovy Oil
This was a very unique recipe, that turned out great! I also put over angel hair with Olive Oil. Next time I would add a little heat or spice. Maybe a little red pepper.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
