I received a Kitchen Aid mixer a couple of years ago as a gift and I have been cooking up a storm ever since! I love to spend Sundays baking and cooking, it is so relaxing! Since I started using the right tools for cooking and baking, the end product comes out so much better. My family is enjoying my results and I spend hours reading cookbooks looking for new things to make. Baking is my favorite thing to do. Also, really like to make things I see online or on the TV food shows. Making cut-out cookies at Xmas. My mother's meatballs - best ever! Mac and Cheese; Cranberry upside down cake; Chicken w/lemon and capers; meatballs; pumpkin bread. I always seem to dry out Baked Zita .....
