I love to cook for the ones I care for. To me, nothing is better than knowing I am taking care of the ones closest to me. Baking cookies is probably my favorite. My friends and family are always happy when they see I have made cookies. My Nana had a way of baking love into everything she made. Every bite felt like a warm hug and always made you smile. Now that she is gone I take great pride in carrying that tradition on. My first Thanksgiving. I made anything and everything and all from scratch. It was amazing. Everything turned out and I even impressed myself. Nothing too bad.....yet. I am sure as time goes by I will have one or two..maybe more.
