Wow!!! I just made these 2nite. My good friend came over for drinks and i thought i would try it. It did not disapoint us. I mixed in some semisweet chips and put cashews on the top. Delish with a great consistancy. Oh... i used an 8x8 dish and increased cooking time by 10 min. Perfect. Thanks.

WOW!! only tried this because it sounded a bit unusual. well i love it. I made it today for me and the bf. he and i both like this very much. i did not have any more black pepper but it was good as is. next time ill try it with the pepper. Thanx for the post. i will make this again 4 company.

really yummy. i made it for my coworkers for thanksgiving. im not familiar with bread pudding so i did not know what it was supposed to taste like. everybody loved it and wanted the recipe. i used one less egg than called for. i used whole wheat bread. i have a love affair with cinnamon so i used alot. i also added more bread on the top to give a crispy texture on top and soft in the middle. put little pats of butter on top in addition to extra cinnamon and sugar on top. twas delightful for my first attempt. thanx.
