This was the first turkey I ever made. It was flavorful and juicy, and my husband who doesn't like turkey loved it. I also brined mine. Even the turkey sandwiches and microwave leftovers are juicy. Replaced cup of water with white wine and cooked on rack. Excellent!

Macaroni Tuna Casserole

Made this the other nite, husband and 18 mth old daughter loved it. I used a little cream ,I was out of soup, to make it creamier. Added peas and mushrooms for veggies and was wonderful! Will definitely make again.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Made this last night, was a big hit. I followed other reviewers suggestion and cut back on the cream cheese and I had to leave off the lemon since we had none in the house. But it was really good. Baking time took about 40 minutes since I never pounded out the chicken ( I had a 1 year old pulling on my leg) , but meat was tender. Delicious!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Made this last night and family loved it. Had to double the recipe and basting was out of the question, I have a 10 month old daughter. But I turned them over halfway through cooking and they were great! Thanks for sharing.

Szechwan Shrimp

Loved it and so did my family. I had to more than double the recipe since I used 2Lbs of shrimp. Just the right amount of heat. I will definetly make again. Thanks for the recipe!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Made this last nite for my husband and stepson. They loved it!!! I left the skin on and followed others suggestion of seasoning with italian seasonings, basil, cayen and paprika. Will definatly make again. Thanks for sharing!!

Herbed Cornish Hens

Okay. Like my own recipes with cornish hens. Although it was juicy, my family and I didn't care for the 'lemony' taste. Followed other reviews suggestions and used some of my own spices, but still this recipe falls short.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Made these for hubby and stepson. They loved it!!! followed someones suggestion and seared the pork in the bacon fat. Also, I didn't use cheese, but used some of my special BBQ sauce in the pan. Came out juicy and yummy. Will definitly make again.
