Peanut Butter Fudge IV
Very tastey...next time I will use peanut butter chips instead of from a jar. Just for convenience sake!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
Good banana bread recipe, but I was not as impressed as others were. This did not come out as moist as other recipes I've tried.

Zucchini Bread II
Excellent zucchini bread recipe! I didn't actually grate my zucchini...I chopped it very fine. I prefer the slightly bigger pieces of zucchini in my bread. Otherwise, I made no changes.
