Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad

My aunt gave me a recipe similar to this in 1959 but hers also had cucumber slices and bermuda onion rings. I make it with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil along with the sugar. Once you start eating this it's hard to stop.

Strawberry Pie V

Rainbow Pasta Salad II

I make this salad but also add broccoli flowerettes, cauliflower, carrot slices, mozzerella cubes and chicken breast cubes. It's a main dish for our family.

Grandma's Sweet Slaw

Make this a 5 star recipe by adding 1/4 cup red wine vinegar to the sugar and mayo and whip with wire whisk before tossing with the cabbage and carrots.

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

This was just ok for us. A little too spicy even with the seeds and membrane taken out of the peppers. Be sure to wear rubber gloves when working with jalapenos. I didn't and my hands stung for a couple of days.
