Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies
Awsome cookies! Even without the white chocolate drizzle these cookies looked & tasted great and were a big hit! I did put the unwrapped rolos in the freezer for 30 mins or so as other reviewers had suggested & had no problems with oozing caramel. Worth the time to make.

Cranberry Orange Cookies
These were by far the favorites in the gift tins this year! Tart & sweet and something 'different.' Followed the recipe - I did use 1/2 bag of cranberries right out of the freezer - and made a batch with nuts & a batch with out - both were great. I will certainly make these again. Thanks for sharing!

Cathy's Banana Bread
I always get rave reviews with this recipe. It's easy & works great for loaves, muffins and even mini muffins. The kids especially like it when I add mini chocolate chips.
