I enjoy cooking all the vegtables that come in from the garden, they make such beautiful dishes. I like to be creative with leftovers and hate to waste food.

Making wontons is a favorite of mine, we make a ton with different fillings.

Easy Oatmeal Cookies
These were great!! Did not get anywhere near 48 of them and they went as fast as I could bake them. I did not have nuts so added coconut which worked out well.

Baked Ziti II
This was great! I added green pepper, onions, mushroom and hamburger. I also used cottage cheese. Mixed all ingredients together and reserved some mozerella cheese for the top. This a keeper!

Cornbread Muffins I
I followed this recipe except I used self-rising flour so I omitted the salt and baking powder. I also used one can of cream corn. Turned out Great!!
