Grilled Pork Chops with Balsamic Caramelized Pears
This recipe was really good. It would have been nice to have grilled outside but it was raining so I used my cast iron skillet. It smoked up on me so the meat had a smoky flavor. My only adjustment was that I added 1 Tablespoon of sugar to the pear/onion/vinegar mixture for some extra sweetness. Next time I will brine and marinate longer for the meat to get the extra flavor. My husband liked it as well and the kids loved the pears.

Quick And Easy Mexican Chicken
This is a great recipe. I browned the chicken and cut into bite size pieces. I added some black beans and tossed with the chicken, then topped with salsa, then I topped with mexican cheese for more spice. I served it with spanish rice, but next time I might just mix the rice in and make a casserole out of it. I will definitely make again.

Cake Mix Cookies IV
It is definitely an easy cookie with only 3 ingredients. I gave it 3 stars because I thought they were greasy, I will use less oil next time. And I also added some white chocolate chips to spruce it up a bit.
