Pear Bread Pudding
Loved it! Made this for dinner with friends and nobody could get enough! Didn't do the weight thing; cooked it for nearly an hour though. Would definitely make it again!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
very tasty and very flavorful. Added a little smoked gouda to the sauce because my husband is crazy about gouda. Served with butternut squash. mmmm!

Naan
Made this flatbread with an Indian Chicken Curry recipe. Cooked on the Forman Grill as another Reviewer mentioned, and it worked brilliantly. A slightly sweet, fantastic consistency bread. (I was in a hurry and wasn't able to let it rise as much as it said, so I rose for 30 minutes, punched it down, and cooked it straight away similar to other flat bread recipes.)
