I'm a senior English Lit major at Univ. of North Texas, who has somehow been suckered into bringing baked goods to class on Monday mornings. Desserts, largely because I don't have the time/space for big meals...but one day I will. We really aren't cooks. My brother is. I am. The rest of us, not so much. Producing Apple Butter cookies that everyone (except me) liked. The Gluten free cake I tried...oh that was more than a tragedy, that was well...best left forgotten.
