I am 24 years old, with a 4 year old son, a two year old step-daughter, and fiance. I am currently in college for an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice technology. I love to cook and am looking for new ideas and recipes. I love to cook chicken. I love chicken in any way you can imagine to cook it. I have a thing for caseroles, and baking foods. Southern cooking is the thing in my family on both sides, even my in-laws cook in this fashion. I have learned to cook in this fashion, and I love it. However I am very open to learning different styles of cooking. My family loves it when I cook my famous spaghetti. I have fans of my baked chicken and rice, and my meatloaf as well. The only tragedy I can think of is the first time I tried to bake a macaroni and cheese caserole. Unfortunately, I still haven't mastered it yet!
