Stovetop Granola
Deliciously addictive! Tried it cooled, and dried in the oven - both great. Didn't try the vanilla or cinnamon. Personal preference: Too buttery. Although, it might be the olive oil-I'll toast the oats in the oven next time, and cut the butter. Too sweet-I'll cut down on the brown sugar too. Great as a 'base' recipe! I threw everything but the kitchen sink in mine (cashews, almonds, walnuts, sunflower, sesame & pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, flax seed, wheat germ, coconut and extra oatmeal. Wonderful-a must try recipe!
