Creamy Potato Leek Soup II
I made a few changes. Used a package of cream cheese instead of heavy cream. Also put the mixture through the blender, but left out a handful of bacon and leeks to add in at the end. I added some chopped green onions, pepper, and a hint of cayenne. It tastes great!
