Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins
I think these were great but loaded with Bluberries. I will reduce the amount by 1/2 next time.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
WOW this was great!!! I was skeptical about making Chx Cordon Blue on the stove top but it was fab! One suggestion is to cut down the cooking time after you add the wine. Chicken is safe to eat at 170 degrees - I would take the chicken off then to save some of the cheese in the middle (overcooking it will melt all of the cheese out of the roll) and to ensure it doesn't get to dry.

Pan-Fried Asparagus
This recipe has too much oil and butter. After I started the asparagus I read the reviews and saw the correction by the one who posted the recipe. I will try again with half of those ingreds.
