I work full time as a Manager. I cook for my husband and myself. I am an animal lover (two cats) and truly enjoy my life and my home. I have a wonderful married son and a new daughter in law. Absolutely casserole dishes. I like to prepare the recipes in the morning before work and heat them up for supper when I come home. They are my comfort food of choice. We really don't have traditions but love all kinds of food. I have come a long way! Oh yes, I cooked my first turkey without taking everything out of the cavity. Opps.
