Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
I made this last night for dinner and it was great. The only change I made was I omitted soy sauce, I didn't have it on hand. My boyfriend is a huge meat eater but he ate this last night and Loved it! He brought the leftovers to work today. I am definitly making this again : )

Ultimate Roast Beef Blues Sandwich
This was great! I did change it a little. I heated up the roast beef and then I put the cheese on wrapped it in foil and put it under the broiler. My boyfriend doesn't like blue cheese so for his I used cheddar and it was really good. I really like the mayo basil combo!!!

World's Best Lasagna
This lasagna recipe is so delcious. I prepared it the night before and cooked it the next day. The flavor was so good. My boyfriend who doesn't like lasagna went back for seconds and thirds.
