Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Are there better peanut butter cookie recipes? Yes-- BUT, the simplicity of this recipe is what makes it so great. You can add and change things like brown sugar, powdered sugar, flour, etc...but I love that this is a basic and EASY recipe that my five year old can help me with and I like the pure peanut butter taste of it. Very good!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
These were fantastic...I always struggle with pork chops a bit, so I love that this recipe is so easy- seems hard to screw it up! I followed others advice and used equal parts ketchup and soy sauce, a little extra garlic and a few tablespoons of honey....then thickened it up at the end with cornstarch. Yummy over rice and a side of broccolli!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
FANTASTIC! I'm not the best baker in the world, but these turned out soooo good!! Can't wait to make them again!
