ME!
About this Cook
I tend to be rough around the edges or "abrasive" sometimes because my honesty filter doesnt exist. I wont beat around the bush with anyone. It's inefficient communication.Say what you mean, mean what you say. I love cooking. It's what I am here to do. I'm here to make food and money, not friends. Although if a friendship develops, we'll go get some drinks together. I may be all these things but I'm surprisingly easy to talk to. Hit me up
My favorite things to cook
Molecular gastronomy is fun. Texture changes and unexpected culinary surprises. Aside from that, good ol' fashioned Thai food. If it doesnt burn on the way in or the way out, its not spicy enough.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Enchiladas should not be baked, and enchilada "casseroles" are a bastardization of a perfect dish. If it aint broke, don't fix it.
My cooking triumphs
I'm my own worst critic so I dunno yet.
My cooking tragedies
Out of all things, I have a hard time with rice...

Victory Brownies
I've made this recipe twice. Second time I added just a bit more cayenne because the first time it was not even noticeable. With a bit more cayenne it leaves more of a spicy tail on the way down. Good stuff either way!
