These muffins were dry and very disappointing! The lemon did not go well with the strawberry.

This recipe has too much sour cream and butter. The hash browns after an hour were not fully cooked. In my opinion, the recipe is not worth the calories!

I made Turkey soup (creamy) with our Thanksgiving leftovers and thought it would be really good in these bread bowls (cold, rainy day).... WOW! These were great with the soup, I only let them rise for 30 minutes rather than an hour the 1st time but they still came out great, they probably would have been larger had I waited longer, but they were the best! I have passed this on to family members too!
