Lentil and Sausage Soup
the best soup ever used turkey sausage and all chicken broth- only took one hour and a 1/2 of cook time. excellant

Saucy Stuffed Peppers
this was really good and exactly what I was lookin for. the only thing is the sauce needed seasonig which i didnt mind playing around with it

Lemon Garlic Hummus
this is a fun recipie- very easy and can pretty much change it around easy- I used olive oil added extra lemon juice and paprika. I also added a little cayene pepper for pizzaz. * used only 1/3 c olive oil.
