Yum, the whole family loved it and it was super easy. Didn't have any French fried onions, but didn't miss it. I added about 1/2 cup milk as others mentioned along with a few pinches of salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne. Great recipe!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

This recipe is so yummy!!! I actually marinaded for about five hours so the chicken was very flavorful. It's the perfect amount of spicy, not too spicy for the kids, but just enough kick for the grown ups.
