These were so good! I used egg roll wraps instead of tortilla and I used my deep fryer. My hubby even likes them.

I didn't have any of the seasonings so I used Curry and pepper only. I also did what others suggested by baking my squash in the oven first then putting it in the blender. I only used 4oz. of weight watchers cream cheese. This soup was so good. I at the leftovers the next day. I also served it with garlic bread. My husband said I did a fantastic job for my first soup!

This bread is so good! Both my boys even eat it and they are picky eaters. I made the calculations to serve 8 and it didn't make that much bread, to fill one loaf pan it would have to be serve 16 to make it a fuller loaf. I will be recommending this to my friends.
