Since we live in Okinawa I have a wide variety of traditions. I fuse okinawan tastes with American quite often.

Healthy Banana Cookies
Rather good. I am a health fanatic so i used applesauce instead of oil which made the cookies a bit gummy. I think I would probably add 1/4 cup flour if I were to make these again. Overall good alternative to fat laden, high sugar cookies.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
Everyone in the family really enjoyed this recipe. I thought the batter was a bit thick but the pancakes still turned out great!
