Chili Rellenos Casserole
I really enjoyed this recipe and feel that it makes a great breakfast too. I took the advice of the other reviewers and used three eggs and I am so glad I did. I accidentally purchased one can of the whole and one can of the diced chili's, and the diced definitely added a more bitter taste so as another review stated I would not recommend using them. I also did not have enchilada sauce, so I substituted zesty tomato sauce. I will make this again (minus the diced chili's)!
