I enjoy cooking and entertaining when I have the time. I love setting the table and making my guests feel comfortable. Eating and socializing at home is my most favorite thing to do and I usually add soft music to the mix. I enjoy watching my guests eat the dinner I have prepared and of course, I enjoy the compliments, too. I enjoy cooking Mexican food, Italian food, some Asian and I love trying new recipes. I am open to trying new foods, although I am not really into eating alot of meat. Well first on the list is the making of tortillas and sopapillas from scratch. Next is the Mexican food. I always make enchilidas for Christmas eve night. It was a tradition growing up, now it is mine. I prepared meat kabobs with white rice that turned out wonderful. My family really loved them. Well, I have had too many to mention.
