Vegetarian Korma
This recipe was great; the flavor was the perfect blend of sweet with a little spice. I also substituted coconut milk for the heavy cream/tomato sauce, I added another jalapeƱo for more kick, and I sauteed some cubed tofu and threw it in at the end for a little more protein. It turned out great. It's definitely on the "Will Make Again" list.
