very good rolls. however, mine did not rise in the refrigerator overnight. i took them out and let set out for about an hour, then put in the oven on low heat to rise. this helped and after cooking for about 20 minutes, they completely filled the pan and were great. i added 1/4c more brown sugar and 1T more cinnamon to the filling.

awesome. my husband wanted naan and i was doubtful i could find a good and easy recipe...yet, here it is! i have made this twice, and both times, it turned out great. instead of cooking on the grill, i just fry it on the stove. i also love these with cinnamon and sugar, and some cream cheese for dip :)

this is a great tasting and easy recipe. instead of shortening, i used butter and oil. i have made these numerous times and they always come out great!
