Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This was an amazing dish! I have prepared it the last two Thanksgivings and made the mistake the first year of not cooking it long enough. I think the key to this dish is to cook it long enough until the sprouts are tender and browned. My son in law even tried this and had seconds. Thank you for a great recipe.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Great cookie! We were looking for a moist and chewy sugar cookie recipe and found it here! Easy to make, my 17 year old son baked some on a cold fall day and they turned out so well, that now he wants his own Food Network show! Thank you Pam!!

Baked Ziti with Sausage
Really good recipe! Used lowfat ricotta cheese and rinsed the Italian sausage to try to remove some fat. Also used hot Italian sausage to give it a little kick!
