This was a great recipe that was easy to fix. I used corn muffin mix instead of flour, and baked it for one (1) hour instead of 45-50 minutes. The extra 15 minutes in the oven set the custard to a perfect consistency.

Green Onion Wraps

I tried this dish several years ago at a party and I loved then ever since. If you don't make your own corned beef, use Boars Head corned beef slices to even out the spice of the green onion.

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

We loved this quiche both with and without the heavy cream! I substituted milk for the cream and used a potato crust instead of a regular crust. Many ways to vary teh recipe to your tastes.

Manjar (Dulce de Leche) from Scratch

Mine turned out great! Is the USA you have to use sweetened condensed milk, otherwise it would be too runny (all milk seems watered down here). Other than that, it is a good basic recipe that tastes great.

Jewish Chicken Soup

Loved it. This is a great tasting recipe for what we call "jewish penicillin". It will cure anything and everything. I made this recipe earlier this week after being dehydrated from the flu and I got back on my feet in no time!!!
