Iam the proud parent of 3 lovely children.Royace who is working as an engineer in Iraq.Durrell who recently returned from his second tour in Iraq.My lovely daughter Michelle who graduated from the naval accademy in annapolis Maryland May 2008.My wonderful husband James who is MY TEST KITCHEN!I love to cook and I love to watch people eat.I will try any recipe.I love a challenge.Being in my kitchen is my most favorite place to be. I am especially fond of preparing seafood.I love baking just about any thing. My home is usually the place to be on holidays.I am so excited when my children come home for holidays because I will always prepare the things that they love. Baking cheese cakes would have to be the one thing that I have gotten down to a science. My tragedy has to be the time around thanksgiving ,when my brother in law came over and I was preparing sweet potato pies 8 to be exact. He distracted me so much that I forgot to put my spices in the mix.I still wont allow him in my kitchen while I'm cooking!
